Thomas Edison did not Invent the light bulb.

If Thomas Edison did not create the light bulb who did, you may be asking. That question cannot be easily answered since there is a lot that happened from the idea of the light bulb to the actual creation or perhaps the perfection, based on  your own opinions. How it all started was with Alessandro Volta who invented a way for generating electricity called the voltaic pile. After Volta the first person who started the journey of inventing the light bulb was Humphry Dary who made the first 'light bulb' but burned out too quickly and was too bright. He was not the only one who struggled on inventing the light bulb, there were many others like Waren De La Rue and William Saite who's inventions were too costly. There was then Joseph Swan who fixed all those issues but his invention was not as practical as it seemed. After that time there was a Canadian inventor who created the first actual light bulb in 1874 but was unable to sell it to the public and ended up selling it to Thomas Edison. So the Canadian inventors Henry Woodward & Mathew Evans were the first people who made the light bulb first and perfected it, if so why is Edison credited with inventing it, you may be asking. Well Thomas Edison knew how to promote himself to the public and after his team and him finished perfecting their light bulb Edison promoted himself and made the claim that he invented the light bulb, basically ignoring everyone else's work on the project. Yes I said team. Edison had a team of inventors that were helping him test over 3,000 designs between 1878 and 1880 before coming out with their final design.

Does he deserve the credit

He did not solely design the light bulb by himself therefor he does not solely deserve credit for designing the light bulb. He also did not perfect the light bulb first so his team does not need the credit for designing the light bulb but Henry Woodward & Mathew Evans deserve the credit for being the first people who were able to overcome all the flaws that previous light bulbs had and was able to perfect it. Finally Edison may be known for inventing the light bulb but he was not the first people who invented it and he was not the only person working on it but yet he had a whole team who worked on it.

 Why are graduation rates so low & diverse? General An article on cappex shows that graduations rates seem to fluctuate a lot depending how long you go to school and what kind of school you are attending. For example public college have a general graduation rate of 33% for a four year and 57.6% for 6 years but at a private institution four year has 52.8% and six year has 65.4%.Really seems odd that the percentages can change so much between being private to public or just from four to six years. I wonder what could cause this? Government Well it all seems odd because it is odd. The government have not been including all different kinds of students until recently. Students which have transferred schools and students who are under pell grants have not been included with that percentage and the list goes on as well. Why I am interested in researching social media bias.

       Writing a research paper is something that can be hard at times with all the work that ends up coming with it but as long as one is interested in their topic one can end up finishing it quickly without a real struggle. For me social media is something that is interesting to me as well as computer software. Because of the topic I am searching up is about social media bias, if it is true or not, as well seeing if hate speech is more relevant on social media as well. They talk about using something called a BERT model that searches though all the words that are being posted to identify what kind of language is being used to identify who is the person behind the text and then it records how the algorithm is pushing out their posts because of the person behind it. That may not be all right but that is the general idea behind it.       It has intrigued me to see if how someone is typing for their race or someone's else's are either being shown the same or being shown less than

Why do Babies have so many, gosh darn bones??

Babies have existed for longer than humans have been around and have been thought to be the most adorable creature in the world. Why do people say that when they are unable to talk to us, whine all the time, and the biggest issue of them all is that they are built different from us, and us humans hate different. Now you may be thinking I have gone crazy saying that babies are not human and are built completely different from your standard human, but know it is all true.
